The hotel with clean rooms, in a good area, to the Smoky Mountains. Hot and large breakfast to star a day with gravy and waffles, as example. Great and beautiful location, just a walk down to everywhere.

The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the Track Family Fun Parks. The staff at the hotel is helpful and caring. The room was quiet and perfect, with a large comfortable bed and Jacuzzi - exactly what I needed.

Upon our arrival, our Wheelchair Accessible room was prepared, complete with a spacious and cozy bed and a relaxing Jacuzzi. the breakfast provided was ample and satisfying, featuring delicious sausage and gravy. the staff was friendly, helpful, and quick to assist.
